 Returns or Exchanges

  • All Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt within 10 days of purchase for money back.
  • All tags must be attached
  • Must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn
  • No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, washed or worn.
  • Any return shipments to California Horse Supply must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for its full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something freight collect to California Horse Supply, it will be refused by the receiving department.
  • Store credit will be issued for valid returns made within 30 days of original purchase.
  • No refunds on shipping charges.
  • All return products must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # (RA#) issued by California Horse Supply. Returns will be refused without an RA number.
  • No return or exchange on special order items.

Typographical Errors

  • In the event of an incorrect price listed on due to typographical error, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
  • California Horse Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Placing an Order

  • All orders placed with, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on 
  • We  currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • Checks are not accepted.
  • We do not accept COD shipments.
  • All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.


  • California Horse Supply is not liable for any damages, which are incurred directly, or indirectly on the horses or operators or passengers of the horses. This includes problems or damage arising from the correct or incorrect use of any product we sell.
  • There are no warranties on any merchandise unless specifically stated by the manufacturer. If an item arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Claims made after that time will not be honored. There will be NO exceptions. Shipping/Freight company's return/claim policies supersede California Horse Supply's policy. If your claim is denied by the freight company, California Horse Supply assumes no additional responsibility.
  • Products are only warranted against manufacturer defects. Equine products are virtually impossible to warranty due to the nature of a horse and a horse's surroundings. Inspect your merchandise before use to make sure there are no manufacture defects. It is up to the manufacturer's discretion to decide if a product is defective. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
  • Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to California Horse Supply, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer even if not found defective. It is up to the manufacturer to decide if the product is defective. If the manufacturer finds the product defective it is up to the manufacturer to fix the product, issue a credit or send a replacement.
  • California Horse Supply cannot issue new product or credit until manufacturer has made a decision on what to do.
  • No warranty, if applicable, will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. 

Limit of Liability

  • By purchasing product(s) from California Horse Supply, you are agreeing to a limit of liability not to exceed the purchase price of the part/product.
